Chessgrove Shooting is a welcoming, family-run clay pigeon shooting ground set in the scenic Forest of Dean countryside. The venue features seven varied stands, each offering two trap directions, from gentle rising and crossing clays to fast, challenging targets like bolting rabbits. It caters to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced shots. All equipment is provided, including guns, cartridges, clays, and hearing protection, and every session is supervised by friendly, knowledgeable instructors. The club also offers tailored packages for stag and hen parties, birthdays, and corporate groups. For seasoned shooters, simulated game days are available, offering an immersive field-style experience with hospitality included.
